Monday to Saturday, 10 am – 7 pm
Messages sent outside these hours are answered the next working day.
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us. The number is shown on this page, and you can call it too if you would rather talk. For anything longer, email hello@authenticgems.pk. We work Monday to Saturday; a message that comes in late at night or on a Sunday is answered on the next working day.
What to Put in Your First Message
A few details up front mean we can give you a proper answer the first time:
- Asking about a stone: paste the product link or name and tell us what it is for, whether a ring, a gift or a stone an astrologer has suggested.
- Asking about an order: give the order number plus the name and phone number you used at checkout.
- Arranging a return: add the order number, the reason, and a photo if the stone looks different from its listing.
- Asking about a ring: tell us your ring size if you know it and the style you like; silver settings can be talked through on WhatsApp.
Where We Are
Authentic Gems is a Karachi business that sells online. We deliver across Pakistan by insured courier with Cash on Delivery, and Karachi orders usually arrive within 1 to 2 working days.
