Are your gemstones natural?
Yes. We list natural stones only: no synthetics, glass or reconstituted material. We look at every stone before it goes online, and we tell you about normal treatments such as heating in sapphire or oiling in emerald whenever we know of them. You are free to have any stone tested at a lab of your choice within the 7-day return window.
How fast is delivery in Karachi?
We are based in Karachi, so most Karachi orders arrive in 1–2 working days after we confirm them with you, whether you are in DHA, Clifton, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, PECHS, North Nazimabad or Bahria Town. Delivery is a flat Rs. 500 per order.
Do you deliver to Lahore, Islamabad and other cities?
Yes. We send insured, tracked parcels from Karachi to Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Quetta, Sialkot and every town the courier network reaches. The big cities usually take 2–4 working days; remote areas up to about 7.
Can I pay cash when the parcel arrives?
Yes. Cash on Delivery works everywhere we deliver. Open the parcel in front of the rider, look at the stone, and only then pay, so you never pay for something you have not seen.
Is the stone I receive the one in the photo?
Yes. Each listing is one individual stone, photographed as it is. If you want extra photos, a daylight video or exact measurements before ordering, just ask us.
What if I change my mind?
You have 7 days from delivery to return a stone for a refund or exchange, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Cash on Delivery refunds are paid by bank transfer once we have checked the stone.

Ask for more photos, a daylight video or exact measurements of any stone. We are a small team in Karachi and we reply the same working day.

We photograph, pack and hand over every stone ourselves from Nazimabad. Order, take our confirmation call, and the courier brings it to your door. Open it, look at the stone, then pay.

Nothing passed off as natural
No glass, no lab-grown stones, no doublets dressed up as solid stones. If a stone is natural, we say so; if we are not sure, we say that too.

Treatment said out loud
Heated sapphire, oiled emerald, stabilised feroza: we tell you what is normal for the stone and what we know about this one, in writing.

You see it before you pay
Open the parcel in front of the rider and look at the stone. Not right? Hand it back. Changed your mind later? You have seven days.
