Short answer: Authentic Gems is based in Karachi. Karachi orders usually reach you in 1–2 working days; Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and the other big cities in 2–4; smaller towns in up to about 7. Delivery is a flat Rs. 500 per order, and you pay in cash only after you have opened the parcel and looked at the stone.
Karachi first
Every stone is photographed, packed and handed to the courier by us in Karachi, so a Karachi parcel never travels up-country and back. We have pages for DHA, Clifton, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, PECHS & Tariq Road, North Nazimabad, Bahria Town Karachi, and we deliver to every other part of the city too, from Malir and Korangi to Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Saddar and Orangi.

How it works, step by step
- Pick a stone. Every listing is one natural stone with its own photographs, weight and price. There are 996 to choose from.
- We confirm with you. Someone from our Karachi team calls or messages to check the stone, your address and the total before anything is sent.
- Packed and sent. Confirmed orders go to the courier the same or next working day, with a tracking number.
- Look, then pay. Open the parcel in front of the rider, check the stone, then pay in cash.
- Seven days to decide. If the stone is not for you, return it unused and in its packaging within 7 days. See the return policy.
Pakistan only
We deliver to addresses in Pakistan only. Family abroad can have a stone sent to a relative here and paid for in cash on delivery.
