Gemstones in Karachi

Karachi is where Authentic Gems lives. Every stone we sell is checked, photographed and packed here, so a Karachi order has the shortest trip of all: it usually reaches you in 1 to 2 working days, anywhere from Clifton to Gulistan-e-Jauhar. You open the parcel in front of the rider, look at the stone, and pay only if you are happy with it. Neelam for Saturn, pukhraj for Jupiter, a moti for the Moon or a proper Yemeni aqeeq for a silver ring, this is how buying from us works.

Ordering in Karachi, step by step

1. Pick a stone, or ask us. Browse the shop, or send a WhatsApp message with your budget, a photo of a stone you like, or the stone and weight your astrologer suggested. We reply with real photos and weights of suitable stones from current stock.
2. We confirm by phone or WhatsApp. A quick call checks your address, nearest landmark and a convenient time. Office in I.I. Chundrigar Road, home in Gulshan, either works.
3. Dispatch within 1 working day. The stone is packed in Karachi and handed to an insured, tracked courier, usually the same or the next working day.
4. Delivered in 1 to 2 working days. Tracking details come to you on WhatsApp.
5. Inspect, then pay. Open the parcel, compare the stone with its photos in daylight, and pay the rider in cash only if it is right.

Delivery is a flat Rs. 500 per order, whether you buy one stone or several.

What you are buying

Each listing is one natural stone, photographed as it is and priced on its own. The per-carat rate is the price divided by the carat weight, so you can set it against any quote from Saddar or Tariq Road. We do not sell glass, synthetics or glass-filled ruby, and known treatments such as heating of sapphire and ruby or oiling of emerald are written on the listing. A certificate of authenticity is available on request, and independent lab testing can be arranged if you ask.

Comparing with Karachi's bazaars

The city has a big gem trade, and good stones and dyed glass can sit in neighbouring showcases. Before you buy anywhere:

• Look at colour in daylight, not under shop lights.
• Ask about treatment before price. Heated sapphire is normal; glass-filled ruby or resin-filled emerald at natural prices is not.
• Get the exact carat weight and work out the per-carat rate.

Silver and sea air

Returns

You have 7 days from delivery to return an unused stone in its original packaging for a refund or an exchange. Refunds go by bank transfer within 3-5 business days of the stone reaching us. See the return policy and shipping policy.
