Authentic Gems sends every order from Karachi by insured, tracked courier, to any address in Pakistan. Once we have confirmed your order it leaves within 1 working day. Karachi deliveries usually arrive in 1 to 2 working days, and the major cities in 2 to 4. Delivery is a flat Rs. 500 per order, and you pay Cash on Delivery.
What Delivery Costs
One flat charge of Rs. 500 covers the whole order, whether it holds one stone or five. It does not change with your city or with how much you spend, and you see it at checkout before you confirm.
How Long It Takes
- Dispatch: within 1 working day of your order being confirmed
- Karachi: usually 1 to 2 working days
- Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and other major cities: usually 2 to 4 working days
- Smaller towns and remote areas: up to about 7 working days, depending on the courier's route
Working days run Monday to Saturday, not counting public holidays. We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before it goes out, so please keep your phone close after ordering.
Tracking
As soon as the courier collects your parcel, we send you the tracking details so you can follow it to your door.
Packing and Insurance
Each stone is packed securely for the trip, and every parcel is insured. If one goes missing or arrives damaged, tell us straight away and we will take it up with the courier for you.
Paying When It Arrives
Cash on Delivery is available everywhere we deliver. When the rider comes, you may open the parcel and look at the stone before paying. If you change your mind after delivery, our 7-day return policy still applies.
Pakistan Addresses Only
We deliver within Pakistan only. If you live overseas, a relative or friend in Pakistan can place the order for delivery to their address and pay on delivery.
