Agate is sold on size and appearance, not rarity, so its price climbs in a steady line with weight. This 13.05 carat green agate sits right on that line: a fair way to get a big green stone without a big bill.

Colour and finish

The colour is the green that gives Sabz Aqeeq its name. Strongly coloured green agate is usually dyed, so ask us about this one before you buy; we will tell you what we know, and independent testing is your choice. When it arrives, look at it in daylight and under a lamp, since green can shift between the two.

Setting it

We check every green agate for those three points before it is listed, and because you pay on delivery you can look at the stone — or have it tested — before any money changes hands.
